Shipping policy

We deliver within Germany.

The canisters, dosing pumps and drain taps are shipped exclusively with Hermes:

• Shipping costs up to 25 kg: € 5.95 including VAT.
• From 99 € we deliver free of charge.
• The shipment tracking is included.

MUNIKOS trial set:

• The MUNIKOS trial set is free of charge + free shipping. You will automatically receive the MUNIKOS trial set when you register with us on our homepage for the first time.
• We send the trial set with books and consignments from Deutsche Post (no shipment tracking).
• Delivery takes place within 2-4 working days.

Delivery times:

• Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2-4 working days after the conclusion of the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of receipt of your payment).
• If you pick up the goods yourself, you will be informed by e-mail or, if necessary, by telephone about the availability of the goods and their pick-up options. No shipping costs are charged here.
